5-axis equipment functions and features 

1)5-axis linkage curved surface welding technology ，innovatively adopts Gantry 5-axis linkage structure to realize 3-d curve friction stir welding, machine structure adopts fixed gantry structure, and rotary shaft adopts AC double swing head structure. 

2) the AC double swing head based on the pouring glue technology can effectively reduce the difficulty of machining and assembling. The A and C shafts are innovatively designed with the annular sliding pouring glue guide technology, which can quickly realize the high precision assembly of the AC shafts. The sliding guide with small structure size, simple assembly process and large bearing capacity is adopted to replace the traditional bearing form, which greatly improves the AC pendulum contact rigidity. 

3) the 3D welding indentation real-time Adjustment Technology innovatively adopts the normal virtual axle design, the operator only needs to control the virtual axle position on the handwheel to control the axle shoulder indentation size.
